 o
Fertility of Korean Evodia

Does anyone know if the Bee Bee Tree (Korean Evodia) is self fertile? We have two trees...both bloom, but never see any seedlings. I know they come up easily, because that is how we got a start...from under a friends trees. We have people wanting these plants, but don't know if the seed will germinate. My gut instinct is that it wouldn't make seed if it they were not fertile, but am a bit stumped by lack of seedlings. My husband dissected a blossom and found that it had both necessary parts, but still no hard evidence. I guess I could winter sew some of them and see what happens next spring. Thanks for any info that you may have.
