is freezing honey ok?

I have found that it is much easier to uncap honey comb when the frames have been in the freezer over night.
Will freezing kill any nutritional enzymes or nutrients of any sort in the honey by doing this?

No, in fact a lot of people who do comb honey freeze it first because it's less messy to cut. Go for it.
