You could try someone who removes swarms in texas (see the link below). I know the laws governing swarm removal in Texas are a bit screwy, they often require having an exterminators license even if pesticides are not used. This limits the number who can remove swarms. (Ohio where I'm at fortunately doesn't have such a law. So long as I don't use a pesticide no license is required).
