Coming out of dormacy

My begonias"Wineuma"(that's the way it's spelt on the tag from Terra Nova)is starting to put on new leaves. I'm assuming that means I should start watering more. Is it ok to start giving it a weak solution of fertilizer this early ?

RE: Coming out of dormacy

If it's starting to grow it's okay to start fertilizing, but as you say, weakly. Probably not urgent. I like to use a time-release fertilizer, or for plants indoors I feed when I water.
