Please help me ID this begonia I just bought. It looks similar to the Richmondensis I have, except the leaves are a beautiful dark maroon/purple and the flowers are white. I'd like to know how to care for it. Thanks.

That sounds like a possibility all right. Check the American Begonia Society website, both their Virtual Greenhouse and the Houston Astro site there. Lots of pictures! It's a shrubby anyway, and just takes regular begonia culture--no special demands. Nice begonia!
