Where to buy good bulbs?

First of all, let me introduce myself, I am fellow gardener who is a regular at Rose Forum and come here once in a while to get advice on growing begonias.

Here is my situation:
I have about 8-14" hanging baskets, attached to a long shady fence, that I need to fill with begonias for color. I am not really very picky about color or shape or fancy cultivars.

First, how many bulbs I need per basket? Does size of bulbs matter?
Second, where I can buy quality bulbs at bargain prices online?
Third, are there other plants that I can mix with begonia as fillers and still make it look good?

Sorry if some of these have already been asked and answered. My search did not show any result.

Thank you for your responses in advance,
FJ

I like Antonellis:

The economy collections have the lowest price per tuber. Sorry I can't answer questions 1 and 3, but I bet if you called Antonellis they could answer question 1.
