remove bottom heat?

should I remove the bottom heat I have under my tray of begonia seedlings? I had it on while they germinated, but don't know if I should continue to keep it on. Thanks.

Some folks say if the temps in the room are comfortable then you need no bottom heat (that has been my experience too) but in a cold room, then you may want to keep the heat pad on until the seedlings are big enough to handle the lower temps.

Once I removed the cover from the seedling tray, exposing them to fresh air, I remove the heat.
