little fat green worms

Brought my tubers out of their storage today..... full of fat green worms... rinsed them vigorously in the bathtub....clogged drain....am beginning to think silk flowers are nice....anyone else having a less than perfect day?

Are you sure they are not a creamish colour in which case they would be Wine weevils which eat into the tubers

Hi geoff, They are lime green, when pressed literaly explode, and have definetly eaten most of my tubers.About the size of a tic tac. M

Sounds like some type of caterpillar,sorry I can't help and of course I meant to say Vine weevils and not wine!
