Rex Begonia Harmony's Black Heart

I purchased this rex some time ago and as some of the new leaves come up they wilt and die. This plant had mildew and I used a generic Lysol spray to take care of it. The soil is moist and it is in a sunny window. Any suggestions as to why some of the new foliage wilts, dries and dies?

Have you potted in on recently - you must keep the rhizome and any horizontal stems at soil level. Actually sitting on the soil surface with no portion under the soil.
Full sunlight is not good. Strong light but broken sunlight is good.
Regarding mildew - never allow water to stand on the leaves.

You may already know some of this but it my help others also.
