These are both cane type and tuberous type and over the winter they haven't received as much light so they grew really tall, leggy, and spindly. Good for a supermodel, not so much for a begonia.
Can I just trim them back to a more pleasing (bushier) form? |

| Yes you can. I'd provide more light after you do cut them back, else you will end up with the same results. Start new plants with your cuttings as well. Tuberous may be more difficult to start but know it can be done. I think you have to let the cut on a tuberous stem callous over before putting it in media to root. |
