I got on the ABS website for help and this is what I received so I thought I'd pass it on!
Begonia bipinnatifida has recently been the subject of much discussion online. Most growers keep it in a closed container. However, a large commercial grower in Pennsylvania said that he has no problem growing it in 50-60% humidity. So, take your pick. I would try it in a hanging basket in a bright shade area if you live in a suitable area of the country.
I grow Begonia partita here in Illinois outdoors without difficulties in the warmer months. However, keeping it over the winter is trick, since it is rather prone to powdery mildew infection. I keep it in a cool (55°F) dry area then, watering sparingly.
