I'm guessing you are talking about potted begonia tubers, no they do not create new ones as the old ones die (as gladiolas do). Some of the species tuberous begonias reproduce a little diferently, but when the tuberhybrida are gone, they are gone. If they were actually potted in the ground,same result. (You must have wonderful growing conditions!)
