Sources for Dragon Wings in West Houston?

| I am looking to get my mom a good Mother's Day present. Being that I am on the East Coast, can anyone tell me who in West Houston has good (hopefully) flats of Dragon Wing red this year? I am thinking I will purchase them via phone and have my dad pick them up for her.
Cornelius? Maybe even Brookwood? |
