| Any advice on specifics of growing these begonias? Or their requirements are the same as common for Rex Begonias?
Thanks! |

| personally, i think that soli-mutata is easier to grow than masoniana. masoniana dies back for me during the winter and is plagued by mildew problems then, whereas my soli-mutata grows all the time and i haven't had quite the same density of problems. i think the key is proper control of humidity and moisture (which are not the same). i haven't quite got it down for masoniana, so i don't have a lot of good advice to offer, but i do know that those are the factors i see contributing to how good it looks. -ming |
