Probably not a record but still a very long time. My first begonia was Lucerna and it is still around after 36 years (knock on wood). There are some oldies out there that are tough as nails.

I lost my Immense this past year. I thought the tiny nubbin that I put in a Jiffy tray last winter was it but the leaves say it is not.

Anyhoo, this is what I thought was Immense that I had saved this year. When I rescued it, it was smaller than my thumbnail.

The bigger pot you have, the bigger it becomes.

What a dilemma to get in this small utility room to water other plants in there.

I had to finally throw in the towel on the big pot as it is a beast to drag indoors and outdoors. So I started a new one in an aluminum pan.
