White spots on begonia leaves

I just noticed these spots on the leaves of my Illumination Begonia. It's an outdoor container plant.

Is it a mold or fungus -- and what causes it? More importantly -- how do I get rid of it?

Here is a link that might be useful: White Spots

RE: White spots on begonia leaves

Powdery mildew. Spray with fungicide like Safer. Lots of info. on Internet about it. Home remedies like milk or baking soda and water.
