Rex begonia 'Fireworks'

| I have a Rex begonia 'Fireworks'that lost its leaves last fall and took a prolonged rest.It has not put out any new leaves since,and the rhizome is healthy looking and solid feeling. What is the secret to getting it to leaf out? Repotting? I have it under lights,and it was doing well there.
