| Hi,
I had several tuberous begonias: Two were 1 year old seedlings, one was a cutting, and the other was a 8 year old tuber. I let them die down and stored them in the basement last year. There is still no signs of growth. I brought them up last week and lightly watered them. Still nothing. Any ideas what might have happened? The tubers are visible and are not soft or hollow. Thanks! | They are typically very slow to grow. Did the tubers have growths when you potted them up? If so, they're viable, and they'll grow eventually. It can take a month for them to start growing. If they didn't have growths, they still might grow, but it'll take them awhile. Put them someplace warm and don't overwater. Deanna |
