Well, I got this one from "Accents For Home And Garden" a few weeks ago as a "Miniature Angel Wing" and I just can't figure out, what it is... Please help me! The leaves are about 2-3" long and about 1/2" wide. No flowers yet.

I have one of those....it is what you state it is. Mine is 2 yr. old, and has not flowered as yet. I consider it an ornamental one. Although I could be wrong.

That is B. 'Medora' sometimes called Trout Leaf Begonia. I would suggest lots of bright light to get it to bloom and some fertilizer. Blooms aren't that spectacular but it will bloom.
