2 questions about tiny white insects

Can anyone help me ID these insects?

1. Tiny white insects crawling in the sphagnum of some of my terrarium plants. Plants are growing fine. No sign of mealies at base of plant, no other insects on leaves.

2. Tiny white insects on leaves of a terrarium B. rajah. They appear to be able to jump around. Again, the plant is growing fine.

Thanks! Becky

More than likely springtails. Not harmful - just something you don't want to see in your terrariums but they do have some benefits to the soil. It is usually this type of environment that springtails seem to be present and multiply.
