Is it growing outdoors? If this is the case, then it may be sunburn (droplets act like a magnifying lens). Pick off offending leaves or leave them be.

Yes my begonia is outdoors. I moved it further from direct sunlight just in case it was getting too much.

Looks like water damage to me too--water droplets in the sun. You can just be careful when you water--most experts seem to advise watering early. And of course best not in full sun at noon!

thank you i'll try to not get any water on the leaves. I'll see if those spots keep coming back

I have noticed a few new spots on my begonia's. One has leaves are a paper thin watery look and curling in. What is going on with them. I have made ultra sure that no water gets on the leaves. Am I watering them too much. The soil I am using is mainly peat with vermiculite but it looses moisture fast.
