What is wrong with my Begonia?

I bought a cocktail vodka wax begonia on Wednesday. I sprayed it with some neem to prevent it from getting the insects that like to affect my other plants. Now the leaves have translucent holes in them like many of my other plants. What is this? Is it something I'm doing or is it some insect that is eating it?

Is it growing outdoors? If this is the case, then it may be sunburn (droplets act like a magnifying lens). Pick off offending leaves or leave them be.

Yes my begonia is outdoors. I moved it further from direct sunlight just in case it was getting too much.

Looks like water damage to me too--water droplets in the sun. You can just be careful when you water--most experts seem to advise watering early. And of course best not in full sun at noon!

I have noticed a few new spots on my begonia's. One has leaves are a paper thin watery look and curling in. What is going on with them. I have made ultra sure that no water gets on the leaves. Am I watering them too much. The soil I am using is mainly peat with vermiculite but it looses moisture fast.
