Maybe its just shock from the change of location. I bought this one type of angel wing begonia that was blooming profusely and the flowers just started turning brown and droping, even the newly formed buds. But it's now producing new flowers and its liking its new place.

The environment at nurseries is quite different than at home, especially the humidity factor. I just get a humidifier and put the platns together to create a microclimate. Hopefully your begonia is just going some shock. Just keep doing what you are doing, and hopefully in a couple of weeks they'll be blooming anew again. :-)
