baby begonias what next????

This was my first time rooting rex begonias with leaf cuttings I have two with lil babies on my leaf cuttings,what do I do now should I take them out of thier box(they're closed up in a clear tupperware container)or should I let them grow in there and for how long do I let them stay in there it's very moist and I don't want them to rot. I would let them grow some more (preferably all winter) in their nursery until the leaves are a lot bigger and more plentiful, then slowly expose them to "normal" air until they can stand on their own.
