How do I make a CP/cranberry bog garden? Peatmoss.

Hi,

Would someone tell me how to make a bog garden that will accommodate both carnivorous plants (low-nutrients) and cranberries (needing nutrients)?

1. I will be using peat moss, edpm rubber liner, and leaves. How much sand to peat moss to actual soil should I use. I will be growing Drosera spp. and Saracenea spp. cps only, along with the cranberries.

2. How deep should this be. It's going to be a bog stream (seepage meadow stream effect) 2' wide x 50' long.

3. Will having part of the bog directly under an American persimmon tree be a problem when the fruit litter falls into the bog? I may have to end the bog short of the tree's drip line as I don't want the excess nutrients from the fruit litter to be a problem, unless it doesn't matter?
