 o
water lilies disappearing

Posted by Roymoren Fla (My Page) on

I have been trying to grow flowering water lilies in a lake in my back yard. The problem is as soon as the send up a stem and a leaf it disappears. I believe turtles are eating them.
Is there a water lily that the turtles will stay clear of ?

Turtles...here in Fl.I've had the same problem. the book"Critter Control" by Dan Hershey has humane ways to relocate some if your lake isn't too large.
