Best location for a 'Bog(?)' Garden?

I had to give up my fish ponds. I have one very large manufactured fiberglass pond shell. It is about 11' x 4' and 24" deep. I would like to put it in the ground and grow plants in it. I have no particular plants in mind. I have a choice of locations ranging from full sun to fairly well shaded. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Low nutrient, high acidity (true)bog for CPs, native orchids etc. would be full sun.
