| Depends on what you like. Some people really want a wet area for plants that prefer moist sites. Others want to create a "true bog" with just real bog plants that like low organics and high acidity. I have a "true bog" it has pitcher plants (sarracinia), flytraps (dionea), sundews (drosera), and many native terrestrial orchids. Zone 7 is ideal for creating a "true bog" many of the native carnivorous plants are in zone 7. |
