4. Old-Time Gardening Wisdom by Jerry Baker $19.99
5. Annuals & Perennials by Sunset Excellent photos and descriptions! $9.99
Please let me know if you are intested in any of these. I would especally enjoy trading for some of the following books: Lasagua Gardening, Carrots & Tomatoes, IRIS BOOKS, Herb gardening, Topiary books, Any Best of type of books, Books with lots of photos! or even back issues of gardening magazine issues.
Hope to trade for similar cost of items. Can trade to one person or 5. Will ship media mail to keep costs down. Let me know if these interest you. |

| Hi! I check this GW site frequently because I am an avid reader and collect reference books on gardening, antiques, etc. I recently got on a mailing list for Edward R. Hamilton, Bookseller. Books are deeply discounted, and some discontinued books are offered at clearance prices. Many are hardbound, some are paperback, some are imported--huge inventory of all subjects, which changes with sell-outs and new additions. Anyway, the gardening section contains many of the books that you are looking for! Magic of Irises, by Barbara Perry Lawton retails at $39.95, but sells for $8.95. Carrots Love Tomatoes sells at $10.95; Topiary For Everyone @ $4.95. I just checked the snail-mail circular and the website, then ordered 10 books for $85.50--a small fraction of their MSRP! $3.50 S/H covers any amount of books ordered! Credit cards are not accepted in order to provide the rock-bottom prices. If you can't get the books you want through trading, you might like to check out the website and ALSO sign up for the mailed sales circular--the listings are not always the same on one or the other, and books sell out fast when discontinued. http://www.edwardrhamilton.com Garden Blessings, Tina (cjbing) |

| Hi, again! I received my book order today from Edward R. Hamilton, Bookseller, and I am thrilled! Every book lived up to it's description and was in perfect condition. Enclosed was the next Bargain Books Supplement, with a new listing of bargains. I will certainly order again from this company. I also wanted to amend a statement from my previous posting. You may use a credit card on the website. However, the books listed on the supplement (mailed to your home if you sign up for it) are by check only on a prepaid basis with the order form on the circular--great bargains not necessarily on the website. My order was mailed with a check but included books listed in the circular and on the website. More Garden Blessings, Tina (cjbing) |
