out of print books

Maybe everyone knows this already, but I came across a site: www.abebooks.com which is for out of print books and where I found almost immediately several copies of "Exotica" by Alfred Graf (having failed to get one on ebay!). All you do is type in the name etc and it brings up a whole bunch, from all over the world even. Worth a look.

Wow, this is great news, plantastic. I've been trying to get some Bill Mollison books for a couple of years and could only find a few that weren't out of print, and the prices of those were exorbitant. I found several offerings at abebooks.com...all reasonable. Thanks.

I've bought books from this source - very reliable.

Even better is this website, which searches abebooks and scores of other booksellers, as well:

I second Jean's recommendation of bookfinder.com. I have been collecting garden books for many years and the internet has made it so much easier. And bookfinder.com has the most number of dealers on the internet.
