Picture at the Top of this forum

| Does anyone know anything about the picture on the top right corner of this forum? I have the same painting in a large, gold coloured antique frame. I was so surprised when I checked this forum for the first time today. Anyone with any info regarding it ie. who the artist is, year painted, how I can get more info on it. I realize this is off the subject but I just couldn't help asking. Thanks |

| Fyi, daisiensam, if you're still out there these many months later, the original painting hangs in the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. Come by and visit it sometime! |
