Florist Review is worth the money if you don't get any trades.. or SASE. I'm a florist with my own shop(slowly but surely) and love the Florist Review. Have been getting it since I worked for someone else's shop. Haven't heard of Flowers & Mag.. might have to look into that one. Good luck with your career change... I did Workmans Comp. prior to my career change and have never been happier since doing flowers.. even happier making money for me and not someone else. Good Luck to you!
BTW... where in NY are you? I see we share the same NY zone...
