Anybody know what this plant is

It's a volunteer and it grows in water. It's about 12 inches tall and the flower is about 1 inch across.

| Looks like it might be Sisyrinchium californicum (yellow-eyed grass). Thats a native on the west coast, but I have really never encountered it. George |
