 o
please help!!!

Hello! I am new to this site, and new to gardening in general. I live in South Korea and have been trying to grow some plants. I bought what was called a "korean sunflower," but I can't find it anywhere on the web. It seems to be growing very fast and I think that I need to divide it somehow so it can grow better. It started as only one big plant, but since then, it looks as though there are four new buds. One of the new buds looks as though it's making the entire plant lean forward...this is why I think I should divide it and let them grow on their own Any help, or any name of this plant would be so appreciated!! I'm going to try to post the pictures.

Sorry, don't know.

You'd do better with this on the 'Name That Plant!' forum.

Here is a link that might be useful: Name That Plant!

IT's adorable. It's a Sedum-- there are many species, and they often have these cool-looking flowers. They do divide very easily-- but you might want to let this one go for a while. It will form offsets-- new rosettes will appear next to the "parent" one.

Its an echeveria succulent plant. Common name hens-and-chicks. Mother plant is the "hen" and offsets are the "chicks". Left alone it will fill the container with rosettes. You can start offsets any time. Just pull off and stick stem in sandy-loam soil.
