Help Identify Tree

Hey I have been trying to identify this tree but still cannot, even after using intenifier sites.
Would appreciate any help if anyone can point me in the right direction / knows what it is. I've included images below, the Leaf image is the proper color. Bark is a dark rust, leaves are lavender/cyan/green/rust but almost with some sort of desaturated glaze. The leaves are soft to the touch.
