help identifying a plant

I received a planter full of four plants from a coworker, I have been able to i.d. three of them, but the fourth is a mystery to me. If anyone could help me determine what kind of plant this is I would greatly appreciate the help.

Difficult for you to identify because it doesn't follow the 'norm' for its species. It's a Dracaena surculosa; not sure which cultivar (there are many). Commonly called 'Gold Dust Dracaena', and a fairly common dish garden member.
