As a new user, I believe that this may be the best forum to ask my question. Please advise another form if more appropraite.

What plants (be specific if possible) would be suitable if I were to send specimens up and into space. I am researching for a paper. The environment these organisms would be placed in is as follows:

- microgravity (15% of earth normal gravity)
- day/night length in hours: summer - 18:6, winter - 12:12
- average 14.5 degree celcius temperature
- 67% sunlight (100% on earth)
- limited circulation
- the following atmospheric composition

element - earth proportion - valhalla proportion

N 0.780840000 0.68000000
O2 0.209480000 0.06000000
Ar 0.009340000 0.06200000
CO2 0.000360000 0.09600000
H2O 0.040000000 0.07000000
Ne 0.000018180 0.00021000
He 0.000005240 0.00000514
Ch4 0.000002000 0.00000400
Xe 0.000000110 0.00000011
Ra 0.000000010 0.00000210
Cl 0.000000010 0.00000031

- basalt soil with a higher mica content

I am looking to place the chosen plants in a dome attached to a space station which is 1250m in diamter and 71m at its highest point.

These plants need to be able to cope with the humidity, the excess of water and the higher co2.

Thankyou for your help. I would like this information as soon as possible, so my email is n_r_manning@hotmail.com.
