Plant edibility

I had an old botany book that listed under the description of every plant and flower whether or not the sustenance one could get from harvesting its edible parts would be significant enough to justify the work that went into this endeavor. If anyone has a similar book, I would like to be able to list those details on a website I am building. Please, let me know.

Plants For A Future (www.pfaf.org) has a lot of info about the edibility of plants. I have seen conflicting and incorrect information there though, so verify before accepting their info as fact.

Agree Plants For A Future is what you want. The incorrect information there is rare, most of it is very good.
