Ratio of lignin to cellulose

I need info relating to the composition of Pine needles. Do the needles also contain suberins or are they simply composed of cellulose in a lignin reticulum? Specifically,I would like to know the composition of the cells which surround the resin ducts. A reference to any publication will be much appreciated.

Are you familiar with scholar.google? (I get out of my league very quickly but pasting several of the terms and phrases you use in your OP gives me a lot of Ghits. Or with scholar.google should we coin a new slang, sGhits?)
