Cannabis self pollination effects on hermaphrodite tendencies.

Colorado we have legal rights to grow and breed Marijuana/hemp. Can using a female cannabis plant to self pollinate to itself cause hermaphrodite plants?
Does cannabis self pollination effect chromosomes?
Is self pollination of cannabis a bad practice in breeding for BREEDING seed stock?
Cannabis is a dicot. It is naturally dioecious but can become monoecious . It is a diploid. Cannabis is annual. And it belongs to the Cannabaceae family. Feel free to add any comments.

No comments, but aren't there about a gazillion websites already dedicated to the art and science of growing cannabis?

Seems like you could easily find some experienced growers in one of those sites. The Botany Forum in the GardenWeb is not likely to ever be a source of information on marijuana.
