The pic is too small to see enough detail. There is also no indication of the size of the object - can you get another photo of it together with a 15cm ruler?
Some info on the location and circumstances would also help a lot.
Found this thing stuck to my left shoulder in some weird white glue(when i tried pulling it off could see some weird white glue thing stretch to it from my shirt) was really hard to pull off,but manged to,without breaking it..
Also it feels real smooth,like rubber,plastic..but other then that gives off the impresion it's metal looking,as the for texture inside the broken piece,its like folded around,and there a litlle string attached to both broken sides(kinda hard to see it in the pic) and also the part where the skin was peeled off,as you can see in the pic,the exposed area seems ruffer in texture.
