Identification of cyclamen

I seem to be having a great deal of difficulty in the ID of several species. Can anyone please tell me how to ID the species of cyclamen. I DO NOT need a horticultural method or key, but I would like a purely botanical one.I have four hardy species which defy identification.

Tax, I don't know if you saw that eFloras has descriptions on nine species even though they don't have a key. Maybe you could get lucky with that. Their descriptions look decent. That's the extent of my ideas on this one.

While we're talking about keys, are you familiar with others, on-line, that approach eFloras? I've seen a few others, but don't use them enough to even remember where they are right off the bat. And, I don't think I ever found one quite as complete as eFloras (even though that's not saying much in some cases).

Here's something else that might help. I didn't review it, but maybe it can help.

Actually, here's a key for the Genus. Did you google this? Info seems to be flowing like a waterfall for me. Hopefully it's what you need.

Sorry for the multiple posts. I know this is getting ridiculous.

The key in that last link starts about half way down the page.

Hey tax, I got your email, but my return response would never go through for some reason. Here's what I tried to send you...

I believe the keys in the second and third links are dichotomus keys (I hadn't
really looked well when I sent the first post). They also seem to me
to be what you are describing, but maybe I'm not understanding what
you mean. Maybe if you emailed the Cyclamen Society people, they
could direct you to an appropriate key.

Yeah the arboretum does keep my busy. I figure that by the time I'm
100, it should be an interesting place. (-;
