RE: WANTED: Would like to try some Bromeliad.

I have bilbergia nutans (queens tears). It's an easy one, I grow it outdoors year round here in zone 9b. I have lots of extras as it multiplies well . . . I could send you several pups. If you are new to bromeliads you should know that once a bromeliad blooms it will never bloom again from the same "cup" so when you buy one that is blooming always make sure you are getting a pup attached or you end up with just a "dead" plant. I clean out the old "cups" every year, usually they put off two babies so I end up with twice as many bromeliads every year. I'd be interested in your elephant garlic.
