Your plant isn't dying. The flower stalks have finished so will dry out over a period of time. You can cut them off down low or leave them while they have colour.
The last pic shows a new pup growing.
I would pull off all the dead leaves off the plants.
The two mums will slowly die off but not before producing some pups.
Don't remove them until they are at least 1/2 the size of mum.
