Growing 'EarthStars'...Crypthanthus?

I think that is how you spell it. Anyway. I need to know how to grow the pink variety of the 'EarthStar' plant.

I have a nice one growing,I got it as a tiny offshoot,it was growing under the lights of my AeroGrow garden, and it stayed hot pink. Now that I have it outside, I put it on a south facing window ledge, it turned whitish/green, I put it on an east facing window ledge, it turns totally deep green.

I cant get it pink anymore!

I cant put it under the growlights anymore, no room. I am growing a garden that is to full.

So,where do I put it, to get it hot pink again?

It is growing fine, but its green, very boring. I want the hot pink plant back. I am in south Fla. so it is outside on an east facing window ledge, it just fits, for now. BUT, when it gets just a bit bigger, it will have to go someplace else in the yard. But where? Why isnt it pink anymore? Where do I put it to get it hot pink again? Thats it. Anyone know the answer?
