My Rainbow.

Hi All,

Carcharodon groups are my fevorite. I love the large black spines and spectacular shape. My carcharodons Rainbow are full grow. I want to share their pictures with you all friends ;-). Does anyone know where they originate from?

The first one has green leaves with dark spines and black tips

Beautiful! I also got one but it is growing in almost full sun and has spectacular colour. I will get a nice picture and show you.

my purse is not fat enough for ebay....LOL
you dont see them often and if you do they reach out of your hand sadly

but still my eyes are peeled
its only recently that i have noticed their beauty as i dive deeper into the sea of addiction of bromeliads
they are certainly now on my want list

Oh wow - I'm with you bromaloonie. I can't recall seeing one on OZ eBay and I'm seriously addicted. C Tigers go pretty regularly for heaps, so for something as rare and spectacular as these, I would reckon on re-mortgaging the house. So I guess I just have to dream on as well ...

I think they are all nice no matter under what growing conditions. Mine is in full sun and Japie literally 'baked' his. Haha!

Hi Lyndi,

My plants are under 70% shade cloth. I should move them out. I like that best charactor of you plants. It's stunning;-)

Hdd, they are just gorgeous...i think im really falling in love...aint that the pits tho, you love something you just cant get ya hands on....LOL
I especially love that one in the far top left corner, and the stripey one bellow it and also beside it to the right is pretty attractive too...LOL....awwww geeeez dont mind that tanny one down at the bottom either
