How much sun ?

Found this guy behind some ferns in very low light. How much sun will it take to have it return to normal? If I remember it was maroon and spotted. The 3 pups are taller and different shaped than the mother plant. Will they fatten up and get some spots? Also when would be a good time to remove the pups. Hi gonzer ! Thanks, Missy

Morning sun a couple hours only and remove pups in spring when they are atleast 40% of mom's size
