With the plant being so young and nothing to reference for its size..
It would be a wild guess. Are the leaves stiff? Is it in bright light, Full sun?

The brom is under a tree and gets 2-3 hours of morning light.

I would venture to say you have a cruenta hybrid. Probally
'Pink Champagne' widely grown plant in the industry. Pups will be greener until they have a full root system and actively growing.
Plant looks better in a lot of sun. The hard leaves will tolerate the sun. I grown mine in sun from 8am till about 1pm.

Oddly this neo gets pinker as I reduce the light.
Its green in bright light.
