Some of you on here are so knowledgeable that it just amazes me!

Can you ID these 2 new Broms that I recently bought?

...or are they actually 'airplants'?

The gentleman from whom I bought these said they were probably from Guatemala. (???)

This first one is quite small...maybe 4" in height and although its difficult to see in this photo, the tiny blooms are purple but were initially pale pink:

This one is much larger with grey leaves.

There are also tiny white flowers blooming from the red/orange bloom:
