..Can you post a close-up pic of the "black teeth" and the flowers ?...While it does look possibly like a cruenta or spectabilis hybrid, it's probably not the true species, as cruenta has small red coloured spines I believe, not black. Also it's flowers are sky blue in colour...looks like it might have a lilac/purple coloured flower in the first pic ?

My guess is with Shane.
My cruenta's in shaded areas are very green like yours with dark coloured teeth and white banding underneath the leaves.
In full sun areas thou these become very pink/orange coloured and can grow quite large.
